“Welcome by all staff, escorted to room and had features explained, as well as a little of the ignificance of the river view. Asked for an extra suitcase stand and was promptly delivered to room. Celebrating our 70 year, we were delighted to have received an upgrade without informing anyone. Maybe it was because we had come so far and they didn't often get Australians.”
“Superb views from my 22nd floor bedroom. Nice well-equipped room with comfortable bed. Easy to get to most central locations in Niigata on foot and there is a useful shuttle bus service to the station. Recommend going up to the top floor observatory. Look at reception for the notice telling you the time of sunset.”

“It's the tallest building in Niigata. The hotel rooms are from the 22nd floors have nice views. Easy access to the Befco Observatory on the 31st floor. The hotel staff were very helpful. They help my husband arranged a surprise for my birthday. Though the hotel was a little distance from the train station the hotel shuttle and the City Loop bus for ¥500 per day stops at the hotel making it easy to travel around.”
