“very beautiful lake view from our room. And the breakfast is yum! Onsen is superb and the staffs are all very nice and professional.”
“There were two different baths for both men and women which were changed every day, so in the morning I had the option of two baths in the annex, and in the afternoon/evening there were the three baths in the main building. The food is fantastic, a breakfast buffet with lots of choices and each night a very rich dinner. They took into account my allergy for shellfish and the like. Thank you for that! My room was pretty large, besides the sleeping area there was a little seating area too. When I had to laundry my clothes, the owner brought me clothes horse because there was no dryer. Even though they hardly spoke any English, all staff members were very helpful and friendly.”
