“The hotel has unique decoration with modern and colorful theme. The executive suite is very spacious for our family. We were WOW with the all-free minibar where fresh milk, fresh fruits and sodas were stocked in a bright yellow Smeg fridge to welcome us. Breakfast in the main restaurant has high quality with full variety, while the one on the executive floor is sufficient with privacy. The complimentary handy mobile phone is very helpful for us to go out with free Internet access.”

“Hotel Jen has created a slightly more relaxed less formal option to the Shangri La without compromising on its standards . This informality makes it perfect for holidays .The little added extras are a very welcome touch and the location ideal , with a degree of seclusion yet close to Orchard Road . If we could make one observation it would be that when the refurb was undertaken , consideration should have been given to locating Reception where the coffee bar is . Although this was a holiday I won't hesitate to stay there again when next in Singapore on business”

“The hotel is very uniquely designed and its modern design is also a big plus. Location is very strategic and there's a free shuttle going to main Orchard area running every hour. Overall, this is a perfect place to stay if you want to be in the middle of attraction yet not into the whole hustle bustle.”
