“We loved : - the kaiseki dinner: the food was excellent, refined and tasty - the onsen in the "sister" hotel (Hotel Goshobo) where we could go for free as guests of Hanakoyado hotel - the staff members who were kind and very polite - the atmosphere of the ryokan even though we had not so much space in our room”

“朝・夕食付の２泊にしたら、日によってお料理が違っていたこと。若いスタッフの方たちばかりで、すこし接客がぎこちないところもありつつも、一所懸命さが伝わってきて好感が持てた。お風呂が家族部風呂の温泉だったこと。立地的にも良い。お庭では猫のジャネットに会えるかもしれない。外観・内装ともに素敵で、隣室や廊下の音が筒抜けな点を差し引いても魅力を感じます。”
“고즈넉한 일본 분위기를 느낄 수 있는 아름다운 건물 입니다. 서비스에 대한 직원들의 예의도 좋습니다. 전체적으로 만족 합니다. 저녁식사는 술안주에 어울리는 식사로 맛이 괜찮습니다. 술을 안좋아 하시는 분들은 경제적으로 저녁 식사는 빼고 예약 하시고 근처의 좋은 식당들 많으니 근처 식당을 이용하시는 것도 좋습니다. 맛있는 식당들 많아요.”

“금액이 아깝지 않은 편안함. 고쇼보 자매여관이라 고쇼보 온천도 무료로 이용할 수 있으며 3분거리에 있습니다. 직원분들에게는 '친절' 이라는 간단명료한 명사가 어울리구요. 식사는 또 어떤가요. 많은 단어 필요없습니다. '정갈한' 이라는 가장 훌륭한 형용사가 있네요. 돌이켜보면 하나코야도는 '친절하게' 라는 부사가 가장 적합한 곳인것 같습니다. 가격이 아깝지 않아요. 강추합니다 ^^”
