“We had an issue with the cistern in the toilet filling all night on our first night, we mentioned it at reception the next morning and it was fixed when we returned to our room later that day. I could access a toaster for the gluten free bread I bought. The location was excellent and the staff really friendly. I liked the recommendation photos in the lift of day trips with photos of the staff trying out each of the trips; a nice touch.”
