“I have arrived with one day delay because of Avianca strike, but the hotel didn't charged me for that day. The lady on the desc was very kind and willing to help. Very close to a great view on the sea and an impressive monument of love.”
“The staff could not be more wonderful! We were always greeted with a smile, asking how we were doing and if they could help with anything. The hotel was also so cute and the rooms were very relaxing with great design! It does not feel like a hotel chain at all, but rather like you have been invited into someone's home and treated with the utmost hospitality. I loved that it felt very unique and more "local." The lobby and common areas are great and very quiet! It's a little bit of a walk from the city center/Plaza del Armas, but if you don't mind that, it's well worth it! The only downside is how cold the rooms can get in winter because there is not central heating/air. There is a small heater, but it doesn't do too much for overall heating. There are plenty of blankets though, and we didn't have an issue staying warm at night. Overall, I would very highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay there again!”

“Este hotel me surpreendeu, é melhor do que as fotos mostram, a cama é macia e confortável, banho quente, quarto possui TV , os funcionários são atenciosos, educados e simpáticos, apesar de ficar no quarto andar e ter que subir escadas(não possui elevador) mas não incomodou. o Hotel fica bem localizado, no bairro Miraflores, perto dos parques, Shopping Larcomar, comércio, restaurantes, gostei! do aeroporto fica uns 40 minutos de carro.”
“צוות מאוד אדיב במיוחד פטרישיה שהיתה לבבית ומקסימה, ארגנו לי מונית משדה התעופה והנהג היה שם למרות עיכוב משמעותי בטיסה.בתחילה קיבלתי חדר קטן ורועש המקלחת היתה קטנה מאוד אך פטרישיה מייד החליפה לי אותו למחרת בבוקר לחדר מרווח ושקט יותר, הסבירה לי על האטרקציות בקרבת מקום באמצעות מפה והיו זמינים בכל עת שנדרשו. מאוד נקי. מאוד קרוב לפארק האהבה ולחוף.”
