“The hotel was one of the only hotels with power after Tallahassee was hit by Hurricane Hermine. The hotel was a great distraction for my family. The staff provided excellent customer service, rushing to ready rooms and allowing us to check in early. They understood that it was extremely difficult to find food and air conditioning. The cafe provided free drinks and meals that afternoon and the dinner we had later that night at Shula's was great. The beds were extremely comfortable. It felt like a staycation instead of a crisis!”
