The complimentary breakfast was excellent, the pool area lovely and much nicer than others we have seen in the city. The room came with good wifi, air con, ceiling fans and a safe. Laundry and bank two doors down were also very handy and it's right next to the town's central square.”
“The hotel is in a wonderful location. Easy walking to anywhere in historic Granada, but still on a quiet street. Our kids also enjoyed the pool and the breakfasts were good and filling. The rooms were nice, with pretty comfortable beds and vaulted ceiling. Our kids especially liked that one of our rooms had an upper floor where two of the beds were located. One staff member helped us make a ferry reservation so we could take our rental car to Isla Ometepe the following day, which was greatly appreciated. They also allowed us a late check-out, since we had a business meeting at the regular check-out time.”
“Loved it! beautiful tranquil pool and gardens surrounded by cool patios. Very kind and helpful staff. My husband was not well and needed a doctor. Within 30 mins Doc had arrived and within 40 mins medicine was delivered by the chemist. Highly recommended. Also the dinner I had was the best food during my trip in Nicaragua.”
“Beautiful building, with large rooms! We stayed in a Junior Suite with great views and a nice bathroom. Comfortable beds and (semi) hot shower. The pool is OK, but quite cold (good for the hot days). Breakfast is OK, you can pick something from the menu (10 options or so). Don't expect a buffet. Wifi is pretty good, since they have different log-ins per room/part of the building. Staff is friendly. Location is really good, close to the main plaza, but not noisy at all.”
