What guests loved the most

“Bed was comfortable But there was no A/C The room was big and clean The staff were friendly and very helpful”

, Spain

“This is a nice friendly hotel with good food and service. Breakfast choices are very limited (coffee and croissant) (huge croissant!), but the restaurant is good.”

, France

“Lovely hotel, great food, clean and very welcoming”

, United Kingdom

“We were in the Camino so the location was good. It is less than 2 hours to Leon cathedral,”

, Ireland

“Our room was spacious and elegant in the quintessentially Spanish way. We had the most delicious dinner on the Terrace - such a treat. Juan looked after us supremely well and made us, as pilgrims on the Camino de Santiago, feel very special. We were so appreciative.”

, Australia

“Great location for an overnight stay, a very spacious room with comfortable chairs.”

, New Zealand

“Comfortable room, nice bar. We stayed here walking the camino because we needed a really short leg the following day into Leon. It's about .5km off the trail but if you go up the main road instead of by the trail it's very convenient.”

, USA

“The nice bar staff who gave us tapas when we arrived, they were good. Room was clean and comfortable. Reception staff very pleasant and helpful, ordered us a taxi into Leon as it was raining and we did not want to go on our motorcycle. Good tobacconist over the road, plenty of stock and useful for stocking up before ferry back to Plymouth”

, United Kingdom

“Easy access to Leon city centre. Helpful reception staff. Clean and comfortable room.”

, United Kingdom

“This hotel is off the Camino path so you need to turn left onto the village then it is situated a little way up on the main road. The girl and later boy on the front desk were very nice and helpful the main problem was the restaurant didn't open till 8.30 which is too late for us and the bar had minimal tapas, olives, onion, small fish and tortilla, plus vending machines selling nuts, chocolate etc, bar man not too happy looking. Breakfast, very basic but adequate, good coffee, toast, fresh orange juice, Bar man pleasant and efficient”
