“Excellent location, short walk to town, restaurants and harbour. Lovely room, very clean, comfy bed, big fluffy towels. Smart bathroom, good shower. Beautiful interior with 24 hour access to kitchen with tea/coffee, biscuits etc. leading to outside terrace with seating. Very helpful owner and brilliant cleaner. Quiet, safe location. Traditional house sympathetically modernised to a very high standard. Great breakfast, loved the orange juice. Would certainly recommend and would love to return.”

“Stunning place right at the edge of the old town. Only opened last year but they have thought of everything to make it a memorable stay. Beautiful big airy rooms, comfortable bed and great shower. Great breakfast in the big modern kitchen or outdoor terrace. Puri, the host is lovely and so helpful in giving advice on which beaches or restaurants to visit. Ciutadella is a beautiful town with so many things to see and is within easy reach of the most amazing walks and beaches on the island.”

“Hotel Ca S'Arader is a lovely small hotel. Our host Pedro was great and made the stay extra wonderful. He has anticipated his guests needs by providing beach towels, sun umbrellas and bottles of water to take to the beach. The hotel is in a perfect location to walk to all of the sights and restaurants of Cuitadella. The rooms are very clean and the bed very comfortable. Also a very nice breakfast was provided every morning. Thank you Pedro for your hospitality!”

“We loved this beautiful town house steeped if family history. Bought forward in time by tasteful decor and it's relaxing ambiance. Pedro and his wife made us feel welcome, sharing local knowledge helping to maximise time during our short stay. Our room was well designed, spacious, light and comfortable with a supply of drinks in a well stocked mini bar which in my experience is unusual for such a small hotel. Breakfast was taken in a beautiful tranquil white clean courtyard connecting to a kitchen where a delicious buffet of local produce was available. Pedro offered fine tea and coffee whilst chatting about our day ahead. The location of this Boutique hotel/home in the old town is perfect for exploring Ciutadella with its fabulous restaurants and shops. We Highly recommend this hotel.”

“Spacious room and wonderful bed and cotton sheets. Breakfast choice was simple but all the food was the highest quality Very clean. Minimalist Ikea style. Gracious and attentive host who gave great advice on beaches, restaurants and even found where to get concert tickets. Could not have asked for better.”

“Pedro, our host ensured that we had a fantastic time at this beautiful small hotel. So,much thought has been put into the small details of the hotel, allowing you to totally relax, that I cannot honestly think of any aspect that can be improved in any way. Pedro's knowledge of the island meant we visited six unspoilt beaches in six days away from the crowds, enjoyed eating out in his recommended restaurants, which were all great. All in all a 5 star experience which, we hope to enjoy again sometime soon!”
