“Staff - Location - View The front desk staff knew us by name soon after arrival. They are a great source of information and assistance for travelers from all over. The filling breakfast is available for both early risers and late sleepers. Two coffee machines, large bowls of fruit salad, plates of pastry, industrial toaster and a staff constantly on the job, make sure we are all well fed with a clean place to sit and enjoy a leisure breakfast or something quick. The three steps up to the elevator are a bit of a hassle, but the four person elevators land you right in the middle of your floor. The master switch for the room’s power is just inside the door where the hall light makes it easy to find. The bathroom is well illuminated with the usual fixtures. The shower/tub needs a safety bar and a non-slip pad. Lots of outlets throughout allow laptops anywhere. The double set of balcony doors and heavy curtains shut out the street noise and lights if necessary. Opening the curtains allow the view of the Alcazar, Cathedral, old town, and park to open up before your eyes. The beautiful Lion Statue across the street is a good land mark. The Taxi drivers like it as it has a loading zone directly in front of the Hotel.”
