“staff is amazing. the girl in the afternoon shift helped me find the tours to nearby locations. they are all very nice and polite, especially the man working in the morning shift. he's friendly with all the guests and he knows their names, which makes you feel like home. it's very nice to see people doing their job with such enthusiasm. breakfast is good, they provided gluten free items upon request. location is excellent, the hotel is on the main square, but they also have quiet rooms on the other side.”

Hacia casi 20 años que no iba a San Juan, y esa zona ha quedado como desactualizada y menos cuidada que el resto de la Ciudad (no hablo del Hotel sino de la zona) . San Juan ha crecido para el lado de Avenida Libertador General San Martin, y eso no lo sabíamos, pero de todos modos, la ubicación era práctica. La cochera esta a la vuelta (se paga aparte)”
