“Breakfast was better than most hotels I;ve stayed at. Beds were comfortable. Pet friendly!”
“Staff friendly but do not resolve anything. I asked for the Manager to call me to discuss my issues. I was told at first that she was away for 5 days and then I was told she only comes in at 9am each day. I left the hotel each day at 8am and arrived back by 5.30pm at which time she had left for the day. I received no calls or messages despite having left a local number to contact me on. The cleaning was haphazard and never completed in full.The breakfast was sub standard with fruits being of very low quality and the other foods offered were not fresh either. Overall in comparison this hotel should be rated 2 to 3 star. Management needs to sit up and be present as the standards are not of the Hilton level. I will refer this to their Head Office as the daily fee of USD200 plus for such poor quality is unacceptable.”
“I was shocked when I received a voice mail from this hotel asking if there was anything they could do prior to my arrival to make my stay better. I WAS SO SURPRISED! Never had that before. The place is very clean, friendly, and breakfast was AWESOME! I took my son and new daughter in-law and they LOVED IT too. It made our family vacation PERFECT! Thank you so very much. My family memories mean the world to me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”
