“when we returned to our room it was freezing..... i realized the window had been left open!!! and no heating, so dressed up and put heating on which did not work we found out in the morning, 7 am when we called reception, they brought two heaters and tried to heat room but by then it was too late... we had booked breakfast which was not very warm . so very upset when they said they would report the matter to Housekeeping, That is no good to us this was a treat for my daughter for her Birthday! ....sadly wish we had stayed at home,”
