The lady in the breakfast room, Joey, was lovely and helpful and friendly. We loved chatting with her. Then, the lady who checked us out went seriously over and above her duty. She helped us to get through to Virgin regarding our home flights. She was kind and patient and we were extremely grateful. I rate the stay at this hotel the highest possible.
