“I was told I was going to get a refund on my stay since my sheets were dirty, looked like blood, and they kept letting me know that the room had not yet been finished being clean. My picture was not hung up on the wall. The breakfast was why I picked that hotel, so we could eat before our 4 hour trip home and the breakfast was horrible. None of my kids, Me or hubby really ate anything but a bagel. I probably will not stay here again. I never got reimbursed my stay. So I was lied to. Not cool.”
