“I came to Augusta to take my Nursing exam and this hotel was excellent! It was very quiet so I could get some last minute studying in, which was awesome! Also the room was so nice and updated with a large soft king bed, large bathroom, cute chair by the window, and it even had its own Keurig! That night I was able to walk to a awesome Italian restaurant right down the street and come back to get ice cream from their market place. The morning of my NCLEX I was able to get a wake up call and free breakfast!! I absolutely loved my stay at the Holiday Inn Express!!!”

“Bed, towels, sheets - all were good. Sheets very soft! AC worked well, refrigerator worked well, great shower/water, good space, good tv, looked good. Breakfast wasn't full of great options, but the scrambled eggs were tasty, drink choices good. The only problem I had was the lady - Jen- I called to confirm reservation with day before put me on 1st floor when we discussed I wanted 6th floor. But other lady at check in fixed that for us. I was wanting a room overlooking pool - not facing the highway traffic- but was told by Jen that all the king rooms faced the highway and I'd have to cancel and go back through booking.com to change to a queen bed room on the quieter side. So I stayed with king. However the first night - a busy Friday night in downtown Augusta- the traffic did keep me awake, it was loud. But it was a good place, nicely done and run.”

“I asked to cancel my reservation an hour after I booked the room and they told me I couldn't. They charged me the whole amount. I did not know where I was and booking.com was very helpful in trying to get my money back. The staff were very rude and not helpful at all. I could see if I made the reservation in advance and canceled but I made it an hour before I canceled thinking I was at the right hotel. I would never stay here or suggest anyone to stay here. They basically stole money from me. I didn't stay here but I paid for a room. This is very unprofessional and from doing this karma will always come back.”

“Great breakfast bar. Beds are so comfortable you fill like you are at home. Every is super clean. And the staff are so friendly. Would not stay anywhere else in Augusta GA. Gated parking. The works!”
