“I had asked to check in early as I was attending my Mom's funeral. The evening desk clerk would not consider the request and was very terse. I called the next morning. I believe the desk clerk was Malcolm, was very accommodating and a very trying day went off well. Some of your staff need a little better training and be allowed to access a situation and make decisions. Malcolm is an asset.”
