“The hotel was missing one of our reservations and then one of our rooms had clearly not been serviced. The beds were not made and there were dirty towels. We were assigned a new room which was fine but the walls were paper thin and we could hear everything in the room next to ours. Hotel is tired. ”

“The hotel was very nice. Had a great little area where they had already prepared sandwiches which were delicious but a bit pricey. The restaurant was very good. Yummy fish tacos and very nice restaurant staff. Rooms were very nice and perfectly clean with all the amenities.”
“Older property thoughtfully freshened up. Large comfortable room Location: Non-rush hour, 45 minutes to downtown Manhattan. Rush hour, about 30 minutes to Newark airport. Perfect.”
“Should have eggs to order rather than a buffet style”
“Accommodations and staff were excellent. Breakfast was cold and eggs were dry. $12.00 cost was not worth the breakfast... I got down midway through breakfast and wasn't sure how to proceed. Staff directed me to buffet where I proceeded to search through the bottom of the eggs for hot, fresher scrambled eggs. I sat down with my coffee, eggs and toast when I got my bill I wasn't sure if I could go back for seconds or for yogurt/fruit without having to pay extra. Next time I'll just pay the $12 at reservation and help myself without skepticism.”
