“Convenience - just like Vegas. The buffets were good and plentiful.”
“The room was immaculate and we particularly liked the coffee machine with WRAPPED PAPER CUPS (excellent idea!) The lobby, grounds and restaurants were beautiful. The service at the front desk and in the restaurants was terrific! We would definitely return on our next vacation and will tell all our friends and family!”
“The beds were amazing. I just wish someone would have been able to let me upgrade my room without having to pay more. I was only able to find a King size room with bacolny view with disabilities services only other than the usual Queen size 2 beds with view. I didn't want to take the King size room in case someone might need it more than me since I do not have any disabilities. Everything from the location of the hotel, down to the beautiful flooring of the lobby. Everything was amazing.”
“Huge facility, numerous rooms with great choices of locations throughout the facility. Balcony room was very nice with views of most of the valley and mountains in the area.”
“Clean, friendly and accommodating staff, beautiful grounds, comfortable beds.”
“Beautiful property. Most of the staff was friendly. Our room was over 700 steps from the only elevator. And as that might not be far for young people older adults could find it difficult. Also there are no chairs or benches in the super long hall to rest. Both of us are over 60 and still work. But to go on vacation and having to walk half a mile one way to get to your room with no chairs or benches is kinda inconsiderate of hotel guests. Also no where is it posted that valet parking is an additional 15.00 per day. It would have been nice to know ahead of time.”
“New accomodations, a bit pricy, but the golf course was great and the location was good.”
“The hotel staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean.”
“The resort and ambiance were beautiful. Beds were very comfortable. Food and service was great at the café.”
“The hotel accommodations were great but eating options for lunch and dinner were too limited. Another cafe or restaurant would be nice. Also we had a non smoking room but it still reeked from past smokers Would also appreciate self laundry availability in the hotel”
