“The hotel is an easy, short drive from the Rochester airport. It is conveniently located in the College Town complex, which include several places to dine, a Barnes and Noble bookstore, a Starbucks across the main highway, and a large parking structure. Check-in was quick and the staff was efficient. The hotel is clean throughout. They offer wine in the evening, fresh water and coffee throughout the day in the lobby. The hotel restaurant - Grappa - has a good lunch/dinner menu and a full bar. The room was spacious - with two Queen beds - and nice work area with plenty of plugins, even on the nightstands, so you can charge all your devices easily. Free WiFi with adequate bandwidth. Coffee maker in the room. This was a good choice for our purpose: first trip to Rochester, to move a student into grad school. It was not too expensive and central enough to get errands accomplished until we had things set up at the townhouse.”
“We thought we had a reservation thru booking.com. Our reservation couldn't be found but the staff was quick to reassure us that they could rectify the situation and they did. I could hear the toilet use from another room. There was a problem with cleanliness with the bathroom but the staff came to make it right.”
