“The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The brunch buffet setup was a little disorganized and confusing to understand. Typical buffets allow for one to grab the food out of heated trays. This buffet required us to stand in a line for a cook to make the food....which would have been fine if someone had explained that to us up front. Also, there was some confusion as to whether the server would bring us coffee or if we should get it ourselves from the carafe. Also, we asked for iced water when we first sat down, and yet had to ask again half way through our meals. The wait staff was very pleasant, but someone should tweak the breakfast/brunch process.”
