“This hotel is awful when it comes to feeling welcome. The staff and management especially are very rude and completely up them selfs. I had booked 11 of family and friends in here for my hen do. The minuet we arrived they made us feel very unwelcome. We never made any problem's for them or loud or rude. But the second I droped some coffee on the carpet. Due to there coffee machine being to hot! Which I also burnt all my hand due to the coffe going over it. They tried charging me €150! No carpet cleaner is this much for a patch of coffee. So I wanted to speak to management to fill out an accident form due to there machine burning all my hand. And to see why on earth it was so expensive. I was told I can't fill a form out amd looked at me asif I was going mad. He was very rude and no way helpful. Couldn't even apologise for the burn on my hand. I strongly wouldn't recommend this place unless you have a rod up your ass!”

“The Croatian Receptionist Dominic was great and also the sausages were very nice. Breakfast had a very large selection of food and drink available. Hotel is in a great location. Nice coffee machine in the room and the room had a great view but you get what you pay for. Thanks to all for making our stay very good.”
