“Excellent location. Spacious and comfortable rooms with fireplace. Bathroom with walk in shower and jacuzzi bath tub. Necessarily take a room overlooking the river, not the train station. It's a big difference!”

, Poland

“Location (in front of the bus to go to Machu Picchu), nice hotel and space”

, Switzerland

“Very good buffet breakfast. Great location with room overlooking the river.”

, USA

“Lovely comfortable room overlooking the river. Peaceful and lulled by rushing water. Fabulous beds, great bathroom that we did not have the time to use to its full potential (spa bath). Very helpful staff who collected us from the train station.”

, United Kingdom

“Beautiful appointed room, excellent bathroom and bed. Lovely river view.”

, New Zealand

“Beds are great and the staff is professional and friendly. breakfast is correct”

, France

“Unexpected luxury in Aguas Caliente. The room was spotless with a double Jacuzzi. Breakfast is included and is delicious. Staff is very attentive and let us store bags before check in and after check out too.”

, USA

“My room shared a party wall with a construction site. Between 6am and 5pm there was banging winching and drilling noises which rendered the room unusable for relaxation. I was repeatedly assured that the nouse would stop and it did not between the above hours. The management admitted that thete was a problem but refused to provide any reduction in the cost of the booking. It was a disgrace.”

, United Kingdom

“Amazing hotel!! Relaxing with a fireplace & spa tub (with bathsalts, tea candles, & bubble bath already provided in the room)after visiting Machu Picchu were sublime. They even gave me a bottle ofchampagne and a birthday cake because they knew I was celebrating my50th birthday!! Refrig with a well-stocked minibar with reasonableprices. Giant rain-shower shower head. Fresh flowers and pastry cookiesare standard in all the rooms. Comfortable bed with down pillows andcomforter. Tv with English channels. Hotel staff brought us portableheaters that kept our rooms toasty all night long. Extremely nice buffetbreakfast. Porters greet you at train station to take your luggage andescort you to the hotel. Great laundry service that is both fast andcheap (the manager personally delivered our finished laundry to the spanext door where we were getting massages before leaving on the afternoontrain). Ask for a room with a river view!!!”
