“We left a ring in the room. Not much monetary value but priceless in memories. We couldn't make it back to hotel until later that day. We called the receptionist and explained our problem. What a wonderful woman. She totally sympathized with our plight and said she would run up right then and get the ring for us to pick up later . Dont know her name but we will be back because of HER compassion and great service. Thank you so much.”
