“The entire stay was pleasant. The car valet was just wonderful. A young man whose name was Corisso or something along those lines. He even gave us a super recommendation for dinner with a nine year old in tow. The room was spotless and while not grand in size, it made good use of every inch and we didn't feel cramped. We loved the pool and hot tub after a day of sight seeing. It was remarkably quiet for a downtown city hotel. We will be staying there again for our next trip to DC in the coming months. I have already recommended it to two people at work today and one has already booked.”
“Bed/pillows not what we were used to at HI and was hard to get room the right temperature. Breakfast on the weekend ended very early and so we missed it. Location was awesome for Verizon Center and front desk and valet folks great. Would also like pay per view movie option which this hotel did not have.”
“We came to DC for a capitals game. The hotel was only a few blocks from the game so it was very convienent for walking. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean.”
“I liked the breakfast selection - especially the coffee bar in the lobby.”
“All of the staff were really friendly and helpful except the guy who checked me in who was going too fast and trying to answer calls while working with me.”
“I was in walking distance or by metro to everything.”
“Breakfast, helpful staff, spacious room, reasonably priced”
“I had very specific criteria for the hotel in this trip: Downtown location, breakfast included and indoor swimming pool. This hotel provides the best price for the combination of all these factors. Location is just excellent - it's a minute walk to the 7th street with all the restaurants and fun. If you are super-lazy to walk to a National Mall - you can take Lyft or Uber for <$8. Breakfast is pretty decent with all the things that you are expecting in hotels in the US: waffles, eggs, sausages, pastry, boiled eggs, yogurt, coffee. Quite croudy in the morning, and I afraid that it might be a real issue over the season (I visited DC in October). Swimming pool and hot tub are great as well as 24h fitness center.”
“Bedroom is an Amazing experience! if you are lacking some stuff like toothpaste or anything related, the hotel will give it to you for free. Rooms are very big, it has one of the most comfortable beds that I have yet sleep on an hotel. Totally recommended.”
“Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly. Location was in the middle of everything.”
