“Customer service was excellent- I was charged twice and did not have spending money for trip - being a weekend there was nothing they could do. Connie,the manager was helpful trying to fix the problem. From now now on I will reserve a room without Booking.com because it said 2 rooms left but the parking lot was empty and plenty of rooms. I wA charged twice and the hotel went beyond to help - but I felt I was scammed - 298 for 2 night when the rooms were actually under 60.00 a night I will go back to Hampton but through the hotel”

“Rooms and beds were comfy. ALL staff were friendly--even when you saw someone in the hall they always spoke. Travelling with 4 kids under 7 is always a challenge but at the hotel it was safe and felt comfortable. All day coffee--YES!! Breakfast included perfect for kids who always wake up hungry. Our visit was very fun.”

I loved the theme of all the little things such as the mustaches on the cups, printing on the coffee insulated sleves, pictures on the room numbers, and ties on the do-not-disturb hanger. Love how these little details make a boring hotel stay into something fun and enjoyable.”
