“Arrived at 11pm after 6 hours of driving to a friendly welcome. Front desk got my family and I checked in and keys quickly, recognizing that we were exhausted. King bed was great for my wife and I while the kids were comfortable on the pull out couch. Breakfast in the morning had a good variety and shower was perfect to wash the kids. The entire cleaning staff was very friendly greeting us through the hallway. Alejandro stopped vacuuming to walk over and call the elevator for us while we held our plates of food. This small act was very helpful and added to our enjoyment of the stay.”
