“Bed nice and soft. Food was good. New rooms after renovation very nice and modern. Would have been perfect if not still under renovation. Over the past year and a half we have stayed there 3 times and the entire time it's been being renovated.”
“The hot foods were OK, but the quality was less than a restaurant more like a Gas station convenience store. the other item were good.”
“staff friendly. better than usual Hampton breakfast.”
“Hospitality. Nice polite staff. Great mattress on the bed. And permission for us to have a "picnic" supper in the kitchen area that evening”
“Clean comfortable room( toilet was leaking when we checked in; maintenance repaired it ); TV worked; breakfast was good.”
“Beds really comfortable, clean room, plenty of choices to eat for breakfast.”
“The location was very available for our trip, we were visiting relatives in Jamestown.well lighted, and everyone very helpful.”

“Hamptons are always built as Hamptons and are never refurbished hotels that have been previously owned by another chain. The quality of the hotels is consistent, and I have never had a bad experience to date. I like that there is a free full breakfast. The rooms are equipped with what I need. I am now a traveler with pets, and the number 1 factor in choosing Hampton Inns is the fact that my 2 small Yorkies stay for free! Most of the other hotels I have used in the past either charge a hefty, non-refundable fee and permit only one dog or do not allow pets at all. I am a very conscientious and courteous pet owner, and I would never allow my dogs to misuse the property or disturb the other guests. I appreciate that Hampton recognizes that there are many of us and provides for us. This makes me a loyal customer of Hampton Inns.”
