“The best thing of this hotel is the location. It is just 6mins away from Eiffel tower, the metro station is just opposite to the hotel and it is surrounded by shops and restaurants. The second best thing is the bed! The bed, the sheets, we felt we are at a 5 star hotel. It is very comfortable and clean!”
“Where do I begin? Fabio the concierge was the best!! I have not experienced customer service like that in over a year! He went above and beyond for my family and I. From the beginning he was a pleasure to work with setting up the shuttle from the airport. Then upon arrival only one room was ready, so while we waited for the other later on that day he treated us to hot chocolate and sweet treats in the hotels restaurant! He also gave us plenty of great information and recommendations! The walk to the Eiffel Tower is truly about 7 to 10 minutes! There’s plenty of food options right near the hotel, and very close to the train as well. We had such a blast in Paris! Our visit was extremely short but we made the most out of it! I’ll never stay anywhere else if I’m able to return to Paris!”
