What guests loved the most

“Very friendly staff, nicely renovated, great location next to river, good breakfast”

, Belgium

“The location by the river. Friendly reception staff.”

, France

“The hotel is very confortable and the location is beautiful. The staff is very friendly and we also enjoyed the Spa.”

, Spain

“The hotel is situated on the river and is a 10 minute walk to the old town. The rooms are a little on the tired side and could do with an upgrade. The bathroom had a strange smell and the shower was impossible to work. Parking is both in secure underground car park and parking out the front of the hotel. The location is perfect it’s a pity that the rooms have not been upgraded to compliment the location.”

, United Kingdom

“This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in for years. The staff and food were exceptional.”

, United Kingdom

“AMAZING .I USE TO STAY THERE DURING THE WAR AND AFTER 1943 AND 1944 T0 1949 CAME BACK DIFFERENT TIME FOR CEREMONIES TO THANKS , AND NOW A LAST TIME I AM85 AND LIVE IN CANADA , WAS INTERWIEW ON TV MOISSAC AS A CHILD LIVING THER AND COMING BACK TO SAY THANKS TO MOISSAC TO HAVE SAVE ME”

, Canada

“The spa is amazing. The refurbished rooms are great too, much better beds!”

, United Kingdom

“Exceptionally quick and easy to find, on the very scenic river and only a short walk from the amazing abbey, market, and other sights. Terrace bar/restaurant a delight with splendid food. Good size, comfortable room.”

, United Kingdom

“Historic building in a lovely corner of South-West France, that is being renewed and improved by new owners/managers. Excellent hotel restaurant, and overall, a lovely setting on the banks of the Tarn river. Quiet and very clean. It is worth noting that the building, originally a mill for the crops coming from the surrounding fertile lands and then shipped downstream to Bordeaux and abroad, was used during the more recent II WW as a shelter for Jewish children (up to 500 hundred) escaping persecution and death from the infamous legislation passed by the Nazi-puppet French Vichy regime, all with the courageous assistance of the then owner of the building and the brave population of Moissac.”

, Spain

“Stylish accommodation, plenty of space, superb location and view.”
