“Order a room with 2 beds on booking.com Upon arrival received a room with one bed. After asking to provide me an extra bed or a room with two beds was refused. Hotel's staff and the management excuse was that no information is ever received from booking.com about any type of room preferences and that next time i have to pay them directly a full price if i want to get a specific room. Meanwhile i had to spent a night on the floor and really not happy about it.”
