“The breakfast food was inedible. There is no hot tub as on the site. The pool was cold. The room smelled damp. They were overbooked so we went from 2 double beds to being smoothed into a king size bed. I have never written a bad review before on booking.com. we travel a lot and every other hotel was at least satisfactory. This was sub par.”

“The breakfast bar was nearly empty by 8:30. There was a banana with a brown spot, a spoonful of eggs, 1 bagel, and a yogurt. There were a couple boxes of cereal and the waffle maker but really?? Also, couldn't get a key to my room so desk person had to let us in. Never did get a key; said machine wasn't a working. No linens for sofa bed and we asked at checkin as we needed it. Little things but for $190 a night by the time you pay room rate and all the fees, not worth it.”
