“check in and out was smooth. had to carry my own luggage using the trolley. staff was helpful. the bedroom was nice, good beds and pillows. we asked for an extra bed and quickly got one. breakfast needs some work, the omelettes were over cooked, we asked for new ones, they were also overcooked. the breakfast selection was very basic. the make your own waffle stand was nice. wifi was good.”
“Liam in the dining room had a great work ethic and, although the amount of customers and demands could have overwlemed him, he kept an awesome attitude and tried diligently to make sure needs were met. There was also a young woman at the front desk who had only been there 3 weeks and was both committed and competent. We liked the pool, the walking access to shopping and eating place, and distance to other sites.”
