“I had an incident while I was at the hotel and the staff was amazing. The one person that was amazing was Dalas. She was very kind and really and very caring. She even took time out to sit and talk with me when she was not busy. They had to move my room and they were very polite and did it immediately. I would recommend this hotel highly.”
“I loved everything about the hotel. The room was the perfect temperature, the shower was great, the bed was awesome, and the breakfast was amazing. But the staff makes this place that much better. They did an amazing job accommodating us and making sure we had no down feathers in either of our rooms due to our allergies. Bill was so amazing and so nice. The woman who sets up and breaks down breakfast was always so friendly and personable. It was more like coming home that it was to a hotel. We loved our stay.”

“The girl that took care of the breakfast was excellent!! She went out of her way to make sure everyone had what they needed. This was not a reflection on her by NO means, but the eggs were not very good. The taste and texture were not good. Rooms were very clean and housekeepers were very pleasant as was the front desk. The pool and hot tub temperatures were very pleasant. We usually stay at a County Inn, they were full so we thought we would try Fairfield. We were very happy we did. This trip was just a weekend get a way. We do this about 3 times a year. Looking forward to staying at a Fairfield again on the 4th of July weekend!!!!!! Thank you!!!!”
