“I was glad to have my own room after staying in dorms! I booked one night here as a treat for myself so that I could have a bath and a good sleep. The bed was comfortable. I liked the pillows. The room I got was quite large and light. They have a heater in the room which was amazing. There were issues twice where the hot water was not hot due to a boiler malfunction. Both times I called reception and it was fixed immediately. ”
