“The tub had jets so I could relax after a day of sightseeing.”
“A great hotel for the money in a nice location. Very modern with HDTV and actual HD to watch on it. Internal heat and AC that wasn't just an old outside wall mounted unit and it was all digital with a climate control thermostat on the wall. Very clean and hardwood floor, looked like rooms you would pay 2-3x more for.”
“The wood floors were a nice change. The room and area was vwrr clean”
“The location is great, very close to Old Town Albuquerque.”
“Lots of food choices. Quiet. Customer service very good particularly the confirmation call.”
“Helpful desk clerk when we had a problem with room heater.”
“Staff were friendly and efficient, check in was smooth. The room was comfortable and quiet, the beds were good. Parking was no problem. I really liked the location, within walking distance to Old Town plaza. We wish we had stayed more than one night! Breakfast was good, and I liked that there was always a bowl of fresh fruit on the reception counter. When you travel you don't tend to eat wisely, so having a fresh apple was really nice. We will definitely stay here again next time we travel to Albuquerque.”
“The location served us well - easy access to the old town and the riverside park. Also close to the main throughway for easy access for out-of-town trips. Staff were very helpful, most knowledgeable and courteous. Good value for money. Facilities though older were satisfactory and kept clean and tidy. Breakfast was an added bonus.”
“Quiet location 2 blocks from Old Town. Easy to get to. Very Clean Rooms. Well maintained. Floors are polished bamboo, which makes it easy to clean for staff (no residual dirt left in carpeting!), and which is not cold for the feet,”
“Excellent value if you are just looking for good place to sleep as you are passing thru town. Close to Old Town. Liked that they replaced carpeting with faux hardwood - felt cleaner that way.”
