“Excellent service at reception, however from using Hilton in the past, I expect no different. The food was good and delivered to the room with a smile. At the time the cookies were being handed out to guests and we certainly enjoyed the extra touch.”

Beverley on reception was a star and tried her absolute best to give us extra attention and service following the complete disaster of not being given the twin bedded accommodation that we had booked on the first night. She even gave up the room she was expecting to use so that we at least had separate beds for the night rather than a double which we were given in error.”
