“They asked for a security deposit upon my arrival. I did not consume anything from the mini bar or add anything that would tap into that security deposit. At check-out they told me that Visa wouldn't let them return the security deposit? ?? Really? Doesn't make sense. Now I have to follow up with Visa.”
