“Deer babies...Words cannot fully describe the unexpected loveliness of opening the drapes in the morning to see the deer meandering the woods and creek on a rainy morning. We loved our stay! Martin was extremely helpful at c/i and it was nice to feel so welcome. Breakfast selections varied hot & cold and very good, a happy way to start your Manitou Springs/Colorado Springs adventures!”

“The room was large, the beds comfortable and the temperature easily controlled. Breakfast was good with hot and cold selections. The dining room could have been bigger, but we just took it back to our room. The hotel is located on the main tourist route through the area, about a mile from downtown Manitou Springs, a quaint, artsy little tourist town with some neat old buildings. Lots of other motels and a ton of restaurants along this route. Easy access to Pike's Peak.”
“Fantastic staff, their friendliness and helpfulness made this place. Such a gorgeous area with walking trail, beautiful stream. Deer literally grazing along the front. Spotlessly clean. Nice big room with sofa and a HOT breakfast. Really comfy bed with different sizes of bed pillows in ample numbers. Husband LOVED finding a smaller pillow, I LOVED having enough pillows for my knees, shoulder etc. Enjoyed it so much we came back for a few more days on our way driving back home.”
