“Friendly staff at check-in on first night. Noisy air con reported next morning and engineer had unit stripped by breakfast, repaired by time we returned in evening. Reception staff most helpful in giving information on canal walk and calling cabs etc. Bistro good quality and price with again very friendly staff. Must mention Melanie who dealt with our check out and was always cheerful and a joy to deal with. We've recommended hotel to family, especially if they have their own car, when they visit Princeton.”
