“The facility was run down. There were many areas with swollen drywall and drywall chunks on the ground. Some ripped wallpaper and a few bleach spots in the carpet in the hallway. The refrigerator in our room was also broken. To make matters even worse, my son found a bed bug in the bed at 10 p.m. the hotel staff was very kind and quickly moved us to another room but the hotel was booked and we were told we would have to move the next day. Frankly we were so freaked out we just wanted to leave but it was late at night. Although we had booked two nights they allowed us to leave the next morning due to the bed bug situation. It did not appear that the place was infested and I don't consider that their fault since anyone can bring those in but needless to say it was not a good experience with everything else that was wrong with the place.”
“I book the room with a jacuzzi tub but was giving another room...never was I informed until I enter the room...went back to front desk only then I was told that, that room was out of order...unacceptable and sheets had blood on them...never again”

“This weekend stay was better than the previous stay. My daughter and I enjoyed some quite time at the pool and in the fitness center.. The pool area is small and pool capacity is only 25, fitness center doesn't have much equipment in it but it was fine for us. Beds are comfy and breakfast had sausage along with Mexican style omelets.”
“The ladies at the front desk were awesome. I booked a room through booking.com for 2 adults and 1 child (12yoa). I attempted to I booked a king suite (king bed and couch) however we got there and there was 1 king bed, 1 chair, a desk and office chair. Not a room for a family of 3. The ladies at the front desk held a room for us to change to for Saturday night, however we were so tired and my daughter stated that she would just sleep on the floor again so I let front desk know that and they brought my daughter a roll away bed.. Made her evening much more comfortable.”
