“The staff were superb, so friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable and no traffic noise, we were overlooking the car park and road but windows kept out most of the buzz. As visiting family we only ate breakfast at the hotel but thoroughly enjoyed it and it set us up for the day. I liked the way we helped ourselves which cuts down on wastage - you only take what you think you will eat and you can always get more if hungry. Also loads of hot water and heat in rooms was easily controlled by radiator valve.”

“This stay was very special for my partner and I, as he proposed! We arranged to stay on New years eve and the day before my partner arranged to have our suite upgraded. This was no problem so top marks. We arrived and found the property easy to get to - therefore ideal for people who are travelling from the airport etc. The reception staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room itself was was spacious and well presented and tidy. The food and drink in the restaurant were well priced and very nice.”
