“Location is probably the best in town - very close to Plaza de Armas still a bit away so the fiestas taking place in the square are not too noisy. The team is smiling all the time and willing to help with all requests - this was really nice and much above the standard. The room we've got was very bright and spacious with a nice balkony. I was not too much excited about the breakfast but it was OK. Overall - if you wish to stay in the centre of Puno this is one of the best or even simply the best:) option.”

“Great location! A few minutes walking distance to centre of town and plenty of restaurants. Lovely clean room with great view looking over towards the main Cathedral and Plaza des Armas. Staff were all excellent and helped us book tours, taxis etc. The staff really made this lovely hotel stay extra special.”
