“The hotel was far better than I expected as I had read some negative reviews, mostly that it needed updating and was a little dingy. We were on the 9th floor which had been refurbished and was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a large selection of food available.”
“We had an excellent view of the lake and we liked the table and chairs next to the window from which we could enjoy it. Breakfast options were plentiful. It was good having an excellent duet performing live music in the lounge.”

“직원분들 친절하구요, 게다가 룸업그레이드 해 줘서 더 안락했네요. 오래되고 낡은 편이나 청결하고 이용에 전혀 불편없었어요. 호숫가에 위치한 덕분에 산책하기도 좋았고 다른 관광지와의 이동에도 용이했습니다. 조식뷔페도 괜찮았어요.”
“침구가 깨끗하고 안락한 편이었습니다. 호텔 내 일식당 가격이 저렴한 편인 데 비해 맛이 괜찮은 편이었습니다. 보문 단지 내에서도 위치가 좋은 편이라 산책과 휴식에 나쁘지 않았습니다. 사우나와 탕은 작지만 청결하게 관리가 되어있어 가장 만족스러운 부분이었습니다.”
