“We got there around 1AM, and everything was ready to go for us. Keys all situated, papers ready to be signed. It literally took about 2 minutes from walking in the door to being done with all the paperwork and on our way to our rooms. For the price, we expected some cereals and fruit, but there was a full blown breakfast buffet ready in the morning. the staff were also super-friendly and helpful, and the area itself is quite breath-taking.”

“Check in was at 30m. We arrived at the property at 5pm. Our room was not ready and we waited in the hall for nearly 20 mind until the maid finally told us she wasn't even cleaning ours next. Luckily we traveled with friends so we all sat in their room until our was ready. It was well over 2 hours after the check in time!”
