“Stayed in this property a week before in room 410. Enjoyed our stay and found the non-smoking room very comfortable. This time we were placed in room 316 ...then 216. Rooms were dirty, furniture chipped, bed did not fit on headboard. Lumpy, concave, room had heavy perfume smell over past smoking scenario. Carpets in room and hall were dirty. Very bad experience. Completely different situation compared to 410. The picture on your website was misleading. We were anxious to return, but would never come back again. It makes us doubt the accuracy of your website.”
