What guests loved the most
“The staff was great, very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast had many choices but the hot items, sausage & eggs seemed old at 7 am. The pool, hot tub area was decent but very dirty as was the rest of the hotel. Not disgusting dirty but everything could have used a good scrubbing. The pool itself had a brown ring around the top, so we skipped swimming. The elevator had an inordinate amount of crumbs and debris, which looked like it had never seen a vacuum. The beds were comfortable and seemed cleaned. The photos in our room were turned upside down proving a lack of attention towards the details. The shower had 1/2 used bottles and a soap wrapper left in it. So disappointed for $125 a night but I had to stay somewhere, it wasn't bad enough to leave but I would not have stayed a second night. And definitely disappointed with the price paid vs. value received.”
