“I didn't get to look around the area as this was a work trip only - but I could see ruined castles, churches and other beautiful sites that if on a leisure trip would be worth visiting. In respect of the hotel - it was beautiful! the food was delicious, the rooms clean and comfortable, the spa ( I didn't get to use) and swimming pool facilities looked great! This building had a great history, the restored library is well worth asking to see!”

“Luxury hideaway on the countryside with a nice spatious spa and an impressive old park. Unfortunately the historical library on that specific day of stay only had a local language guide. The restaurant for dinner was really good, considering that there is no competition in that village. The missing air condition that other guests felt uncomfrotable with was not such a problem, though with open windows to the park side a moscito protection would be an asset.”
