What guests loved the most

“Everything excellent, staff were extremely friendly.”

, Mexico

“THE location of the hotel was ideal for the bus station and train that we had to take to go to machu pichu”

, Dominican Republic

“they went all out for my 10th anniversary great food included in price English speaking”

, USA

“The lobby and rooms were lovely, decorated in a simple elegant style that suited the spectacular scenery. We were greeted with cold towels and a drink. The staff was delightful, from a giving us a demonstration of how to make pisco sours to letting us shower in their spa after we'd checked out when we finished hiking Macchu Pichu. Our room overlooked the river and was in a central location. The breakfast buffet was delicious as well.”

, USA

“the location, it was 5 minutes away walking from the center of the city”

, Chile

“GREAT centric location... RIGHT next to the buses to go up to the ruins. HOWEVER: some rooms are facing the train rail and I assume they would be VERY noisy when the train is passing by (the hotel is ON the edge of the train rail). We stayed in a room on the opposite side and had no issues. We were upgraded to a VERY nice room.”

, USA

“Loved the giant shower and jacuzzi tub overlooking the river. Fantastic location. I had twisted my ankle on the Inca Trail and the staff was very kind in filling up a plastic bag with ice for me multiple times. Beds were so wonderfully comfortable after hiking and camping for 4 days.”

, USA

“Fantastic location! Right down the street from bus , train station and city plaza. Friendly accommodating staff. If you want the national drink of Peru (pisco) have Hernan the best bartender in all of Peru make it. It's incredible.”

, USA

“Location is very good; close to train station and bus stop”

, USA

“4 Weeks away. 14 hotel's and this was by far the worst!”
